Victoria Cruises: Save more than 75% on February Yangtze River Cruises

Victoria Cruises is extending its limited time 2-for-1 promotion to its already discounted winter departures in February 2018.

Travelers dreaming of a river cruise on China’s mist-shrouded Yangtze can take advantage of reduced rates from the only American-managed luxury cruise line on the river totaling up to 76% off weekly Thursday departures for its Three Gorges Highlights program between Feb. 1 – 22, 2018. The promotion must be booked by Nov. 30 to receive all combinable discounts

Sailing between Chongqing and Yichang, once all discounts have been stacked the per person rate is reduced to $235 per person, based on double occupancy accommodations in a private balcony Superior Stateroom, plus $90 for a mandatory shore excursion package. The 2-for-1 discount also applies to the excursion package, which includes three standard excursions. Passengers will enjoy an educational tour of the Three Gorges Dam, experience the “Pearl of the Yangtze” at Shibaozhai and relax on a tranquil sampan excursion along one of the Yangtze’s scenic tributaries. Excursions are subject to change based on river conditions.

Guests will also experience China’s engineering might with the introduction of the world’s largest ship elevator capable of elevating ships up to 3,000 tons along with a volume of water roughly equivalent to four Olympic-sized swimming pools.

Onboard passengers will enjoy a world-class dining program designed for the Western palate, while acupuncture/acupressure demonstrations, Tai Chi lessons and discussions on the Yangtze’s history will emphasize local culture. Nightly entertainment will feature traditional Chinese dance and musical performances.

Passengers can upgrade their onboard experience for an additional $200 per person (becomes $200 per stateroom by taking advantage of the 2-for-1 promotion) with Victoria Cruises’ Luxury Amenities program, which offers VIP perks including upper deck stateroom placement, access to exclusive ship areas, “white glove” service, enhanced culinary privileges featuring a la carte options as well as wine and beer with dinner, exclusive happy hour and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.
