Seattle ready to welcome over one million passengers
The preliminary schedule for the local 2018 cruise season anticipates another record-breaking year, with 214 cruise ships with about 1.1 million passengers expected to call at the Port of Seattle’s Terminal 91 and Pier 66.
Of special note this year will be the May 30 arrival and christening of the Norwegian Bliss at Pier 66. This ship will be the largest ship serving the Alaska cruise market.
And with all this activity, customer service will be top of mind. For the second year, the Port of Seattle will offer Port Valet, a complimentary luggage transfer and airline check-in program (http://www.portseattle.org/Cruise/Pages/Port-Valet.aspx).
While on board your ship, check your bags and get your airline boarding pass. Your luggage will be delivered to your airline and sent to your destination. Disembark is hassle-free and gives you time to enjoy Seattle before heading to the airport.
