Bermello Ajamil Welcomes Leah McKenney as Maritime Business Analyst

Bermello Ajamil & Partners (BA), one of the leading ports and maritime planning and development firms worldwide, welcomes Leah McKenney as Maritime Business Analyst.

McKenney is an energetic and creative professional with the ability to plan, analyze, and think strategically, to provide ideas and solutions that address project goals and objectives. With a decade of experience in all facets of marketing within the maritime industry, she has in-depth knowledge of cruise and port operations, business development, and maritime planning activities. In her new role at BA, McKenney will collect, assemble and evaluate data for projection assessment and business planning, as well as develop leadership skills to enhance the overall organization.

She joins BA from Chantiers de l’Atlantique, where she created a digital platform that monitored industry trends and generated projections to support a full cruise ship orderbook with turnover exceeding €1 billion. Additionally, McKenney previously worked as an Assistant Manager for Norwegian Cruise Line in which she directed 400 marketing initiatives annually in a high-paced environment.

As Maritime Business Analyst, McKenney will assist in the coordination of project activities, key data collection and analysis for projection modeling, as well as financial assessment for various port-related projects. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Audencia Business School in France and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
