Carnival Cruise Line Introduces New ‘Manage Booking’ User Interface to GoCCL Navigator

Carnival Cruise Line (logo)As part of the next phase of enhancements to its GoCCL Navigator for travel partners, Carnival Cruise Line is introducing a new “manage booking” user interface with simplified steps, a sleek and modern look and feel and mobile-friendly capabilities, making it even easier than ever for advisors to easily manage their clients’ bookings.

The enhancements include updates to how advisors manage rate codes, stateroom categories, booking cancelations and dining times.

Based on travel advisor feedback, these features complement the site’s wide range of industry-leading options, including FIT and Group booking tools, easy-to-use cruise search and rate and stateroom information, while agents enjoy the advantage of the site’s award-winning training and rewards program.

“With nearly eight million visits a year, GoCCL Navigator is the go-to resource for travel advisors and the new ‘manage booking’ user interface allows us to continue to support agents with easy, convenient and time-saving alternatives,” said Adolfo M. Perez, Carnival’s senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing. “Managing bookings just got easier for travel advisors, and with just a few clicks, they are able to manage a client booking on their desktop or from the convenience of their mobile phone.”

The enhanced “manage booking” user interface is part of Carnival’s end-to-end redesign of GoCCL Navigator that has also included FIT booking and group berthing capabilities and the introduction of the GoCCL Navigator dashboard, providing quick access to Be the Hero upgrades for travel advisors’ clients.

A new tutorial, including a step-by-step video, is available on GoCCL for travel advisors to learn more.
