Investigation launched after Holland America cruise ship appears to just miss pod of humpback whales

The Eurodam - HALThe National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) is investigating after a Holland America cruise liner “may have made contact” with a pod of humpback whales off the coast of Alaska. The liner, the Eurodam, was filmed sailing alongside the whales on Monday morning, according to footage shared to social media by Brent Kidd Palmer. (foxnews.com)

Alaska Float Planes Carrying Cruise Passengers Collide, Resulting in Fatalities, Injuries

Two float planes carrying Royal Princess cruise passengers collided on Monday outside Ketchikan, Alaska, resulting in the death of four people, with two still missing, according to an update released by the United States Coast Guard on Tuesday morning. Ketchikan’s mayor, manager take free cruise to Los Angeles
