Valletta Cruise Port welcomes MSC Bellissima




Valletta Cruise Port has welcomed MSC Bellissima, the 16th ship to join MSC Cruises’ global fleet. The ship, which entered into service earlier in the month, marks a key milestone in the MSC Cruises’ strategy and is the first of two MSC cruise ships which are set to come into service in 2019.

Valletta hosts its first ever cruise ship naming ceremony: Seabourn names its newest cruise ship on Friday May 11

Ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn has introduced its newest vessel, Seabourn Ovation, with the first ever cruise ship naming ceremony held at the Valletta Grand Harbour, Malta on Friday May 11. Seabourn along with local representatives Valletta Cruise Port, Malta Tourism Authority and Mifsud Brothers Ltd, and a host of local stakeholders, worked on a line-up of celebratory events to mark this day.

2016 Was Yet Another Record Year For Cruiseline Passengers Visiting Malta

A total of 682,222 passenger movements were recorded, meaning an increase of 2% on 2015.
