The largest sailing ship in the world departed today (August 8, 2021) from Barcelona on an eight-day voyage to Lisbon, stopping at ports including Palma de Mallorca, Cartagena, Almería, Málaga, Gibraltar, and Cadiz. World’s tallest cruise ship Golden Horizon cancels Cornwall visits this weekend

Golden Horizon (Former Flying Clipper to Sail for Tradewind Voyages - Credit Brodosplit Shipyard)The world’s tallest luxury cruise ship was expected to sail into Cornwall tomorrow but has cancelled its visit to the county due to operational reasons. The Golden Horizon, run by Tradewind Voyages, is a staggering 525ft, five-mast cruise liner that’s said to be an almost exact replica of the famous 1911 French sailing ship, France II.
