Windstar’s John Delaney Named Keynote Speaker for MHA Event

Cruise ship (Star Pride) arrives in Manhattan after power failure

The Star Pride, which had 351 people on board, stranded Friday in Buzzards Bay between Woods Hole and Martha’s Vineyard. Windstar Cruises, who operates Star Pride, said the ship experienced a loss of cooling water for the engine systems, causing automatic shutdown of the traction and auxiliary engines. Windstar Adds Luggage Shipping Service for Cruise Passengers

Windstar Cruises (logo)Windstar has revealed a new partnership with baggage shipping company Luggage Forward to ease the travel process for cruise passengers. The luggage valet service allows passengers to ship their suitcases directly from their house to the ship, and home again, without having to drag them through the airport and port facilities.
